HKUST Staff provided information of HKUST which targeting for public users/ visitors. It provide information like news of HKUST, HKUST directory, career center, department organization chart, which allow public users to have a better understanding to HKUST and knowing job opportunities in HKUST.
Also it provided assistance tool for public users. Currently there are a 'Merge Image' to help user combining images in a easy-readable format.
Lastly it help back office staff to improve the administration work more efficiently. It gives you mobile access to some administrative functions. (e.g. Expense receipt upload etc.)
